Different to artistic intervention, Orga- nisational Art is not about the contribution of an artist, sculptor, sound or concept artist etc. to internal organisational processes, but these processes are the medium for the expression of and the resources of the Organisational Artist.
These processes, their infrastructure and sequences, as well as the communication and mental state of those people working within or with them, form the basis of his artistic research.
